Bei einer Oberlidkorrektur wird die überschüssige Haut am oberen Augenlid und die Fettmasse, die Tränensäcke bildet, entfernt. Durch diese Operation werden Erscheinungen beseitigt, die der Person einen müden Ausdruck verleihen, wie zum Beispiel Tränensäcke und schlaffe Lider. Es verleiht der Person ein jüngeres und lebendigeres Aussehen. Nach der Untersuchung teilt Ihnen Ihr Arzt die Möglichkeiten mit, die die Entscheidung für eine Operation beeinflussen, wie z. B. Alter, Hautzustand und andere physische und medizinische Faktoren. Am vierten Tag nach der Operation wird der Verband entfernt und der Patient kann problemlos in seinen Alltag und zum sozialen Leben zurückkehren.
